Rubric of Analysis -Discussion of Terms and Analysis of Key Issues and Measurements to be Applied However, before delving directly into a unit of analysis with regards to whether or not the current Congress continues to abide by the norms and precepts that the founding fathers put forward, it is necessary to define the rubric and key terms, as well as measurements, that this particular analysis will engage as a means of answering the question at hand.
